NOVELTY - Preparing a film heating home textile fabric, comprises (i) twisting the conductive wire by a light twisting method, weaving the conductive wires in the base fabric at equal intervals, not crossing each other and weaving the conductive wires with the weaving density of 1-40 wires/20 cm to obtain a base fabric, (ii) soaking and cleaning graphene oxide using 10% dilute sulfuric acid and then, neutralizing and washing, adding graphene oxide or a graphene oxide derivative and an anionic dispersant in a mass ratio of 0.1-10% into deionized water, where the molar ratio of the anionic dispersant to the graphene oxide is 2:1, ultrasonically dispersing for 6-12 hours at room temperature to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, (iii) heating the graphene oxide suspension, soaking the base fabric in the graphene oxide suspension, then drying and baking to obtain a fabric film and then soaking in reducing agent, washing and drying to obtain the coating fabric. USE - The method is useful for film heating home textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: has excellent antibacterial, antistatic and heat-conducting effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a film heating home textile fabric, comprises (i) twisting the conductive wire by a light twisting method, where the twist degree is 200-600 twists/m, taking conductive wires with the denier of less than 500 deniers as warp yarns or weft yarns, weaving the conductive wires in the base fabric at equal intervals, not crossing each other and weaving the conductive wires with the weaving density of 1-40 wires/20 cm to obtain a base fabric, (ii) soaking and cleaning graphene oxide using 10% dilute sulfuric acid and then, neutralizing and washing, adding graphene oxide or a graphene oxide derivative and an anionic dispersant in a mass ratio of 0.1-10% into deionized water, where the molar ratio of the anionic dispersant to the graphene oxide is 2:1, ultrasonically dispersing for 6-12 hours at room temperature to obtain a graphene oxide suspension, (iii) heating the graphene oxide suspension to 50-60℃, soaking the base fabric in the graphene oxide suspension for 1-3 hours, then drying and baking for 2-10 minutes at the temperature of 120-150℃ to obtain a fabric film and then soaking in 0.5-2% of reducing agent, keeping the temperature for 0.5-2 hours at 60-80℃ to ensure that the graphene oxide in the surface film layer is completely reduced and then washing and drying to obtain the coating fabric.
