NOVELTY - The module has a graphene heating film body comprising an insulating film, a patterned graphene conductive film and a patterned hot melt adhesive film. The insulating film is provided with a patterned copper electrode. The copper electrode is provided with a lead joint section that is connected with a power lead. The patterned graphene heating film is located between the insulating film and the hot melt adhesive film. Square resistance and shape of the graphene conductive film is determined according to final heating temperature and line width of the copper electrode. The hot melt adhesive film is formed with a lead wire hole. The power lead passes through the lead wire hole. USE - Bunching type heating module. ADVANTAGE - The module has high thermal conductivity effect and high electric-thermal radiation conversion efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a bunching type heating module.
