NOVELTY - High-purity low-resistor corrosion-resistant nickel oxide-resistant material, is claimed. The nickel-based material is strip-shaped nickel-based material, with width of 1-10 mm and thickness of 0.03-0.08 mm. The hardness of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is 70-100 HV in soft state. The surface of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is covered with transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film comprises flexible base layer, protective layer and conductive layer disposed between the flexible base layer and the protective layer. The flexible base layer is polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film. The conductive layer is indium tin oxide layer with thickness of 150-200 nm and carbon nanotube layer with thickness of 60-80 nm. The indium tin oxide layer is uniformly coated on PDMS film by magnetron sputtering process. The carbon nanotube layer is uniformly sprayed on the indium tin oxide layer by spraying process. The protective layer is graphene oxide film. USE - The material is useful for manufacturing nickel-hydrogen battery, lithium battery, combined battery and power battery. ADVANTAGE - The nickel base strip material has high purity, high precision, low resistor and characteristics resistant anti-oxidant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-purity low-resistor corrosion-resistant nickel oxide-resistant material, is claimed. The nickel-based material is strip-shaped nickel-based material, with width of 1-10 mm and thickness of 0.03-0.08 mm. The resistivity of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is less than 0.068 Ωmm2/m. The nickel content of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is greater than 99.98%. The sulfur content of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is 0.0001-0.0009%, the phosphorus content is 0.0001-0.0008%, and the lead content is 0.0001-0.0007%. The remainder is small amount of unavoidable impurities. The surface of the strip-shaped nickel-based material is covered with transparent conductive film.
