NOVELTY - A photoelectric dual-drive double-layer composite flexible grating comprises a polydimethylsiloxane film (2), where two ends of the polydimethylsiloxane film are respectively distributed with graphene film and polydimethylsiloxane and noble metal nano-particle mixture film (1). USE - Photoelectric dual-drive double-layer composite flexible grating. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric dual-drive double-layer composite flexible grating continuously adjusts graphene/polydimethylsiloxane telescopic deformation under irradiation of near infrared laser to change distance of grating main body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a photoelectric dual-drive double-layer composite flexible grating, which involves: (A) designing grating period, making a grating mask with a fixed interval as substrate of the flexible grating, selecting the engraved grating silicon mask, cleaning and drying it; (B) using same size tape to separate grating line from other parts according to position of grating line on grating mask; (C) preparing graphene film by dispersing graphene powder into the curing agent to form a dispersion, vacuum defoaming the on grating mask to obtain a graphene film; (D) preparing polydimethylsiloxane/precious metal nanoparticle mixture film by dispersing precious metal nanomaterial in PDMS to obtain mixed solution A, forming mixed solution A and curing agent into a mixed solution, stirring it, removing bubbles in solution by vacuum, stirring, smearing solution on graphene film, spreading and fixing it on the graphene film to obtain a film with uniform thickness; (E) preparing polydimethylsiloxane film by stirring polydimethylsiloxane and curing agent uniformly, removing tape on the grating mask, applying solution to the grating scribe position of the grating mask to obtain a polydimethylsiloxane film with uniform thickness; and (F) vacuum drying the films, cooling it to solidify, peeling formed grating film, removing flexible grating from grating mask plate by hand, and scratching required film size with a blade to obtain final product.
