NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite polymer material, comprises e.g. mixing 3-mercaptopropionic acid, pentaerythritol, p-toluenesulfonic acid and toluene and placing in a three-necked flask to refluxing and diverting water to reaction flask, filtering, washing with alkali to neutral and distilling under reduced pressure, washing and purifying, adding epoxy resin, condensing, refluxing and spin drying and mixing resultant pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer curing agent with catalyst adding graphene and epoxy resin, mixing and curing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite polymer material. ADVANTAGE - The polymer material: has fast curing speed, excellent mechanical properties, low cost, and simple process, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite polymer material, comprises (i) mixing 3-mercaptopropionic acid, pentaerythritol, p-toluenesulfonic acid and toluene and placing in a three-necked flask to refluxing and diverting water to reaction flask, then liquid changes from turbid to clear, reacting and filtering the solution through funnel, then washing filtered object with alkali to neutral and distilling under reduced pressure to obtain a colorless oily liquid, washing and purifying the colorless oily liquid with acetic acid and petroleum ether (1:1) and then adding epoxy resin, condensing and refluxing at 100 degrees C and stirring, staying overnight and spin drying to obtain pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer curing agent (PPTM), (ii) mixing pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer curing agent and the catalyst to obtain component A, and (iii) adding graphene and epoxy resin (128) into beaker, mixing and stirring to obtain component B, and (iv) mixing components A and B and then curing to obtain final product.
