▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The coupler has a nanowires connected to a reverse tapered optical coupler. The reverse tapered optical coupler is coupled to a waveguide for effecting polarization coupling between an external light source and the waveguide. A graphene nanometre belt is integrated above the nanowires. A propagating light in the nanowires interacts with the graphene nanometre belt through an evanescent field form, where absorption of a transverse magnetic mode field in the nanowires by the graphene nanometre belt is much larger than that of the transverse electric mode light field such that transverse electric mode light field coupling to the waveguide is realized. USE - Graphene-based waveguide integrated polarized light coupler.
