▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing nanoparticle-graphene oxide complex thin film, comprises (a) preparing dispersion of graphene oxide having positive or negative charge, (b) fabricating dispersion of nanoparticles having one of the charge and vice-versa, (c) applying the nanoparticles dispersion on the surface of the graphene oxide dispersion, and (d) subjecting to Langmuir-Blodgett or Langmuir-Schaefer process. USE - The method is useful for producing nanoparticle-graphene oxide complex thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method controls density of the nanoparticles formed on the graphene thin film, and produces graphene oxide thin film in which nanoparticles are adsorbed on surface of graphene oxide thin film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanoparticle-graphene oxide composite thin film produced by the above method.
