▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves adding metal catalyst soluble inorganic salt with predetermined proportion of organic solvent to obtain positively charged electric pulse graphene solution, where metal catalyst soluble inorganic salt contains iron, nickel, cobalt, nitrate or chloride. An anode and a cathode are entered into the electric pulse graphene solution. A graphene layered structure is fixed with an electric conduction base plate. Carbon hydrogen gas is filled in a deposition furnace to prepare a carbon nano tube cathode, where flow ratio of the carbon hydrogen gas ranges between 2.5 to 10. USE - Carbon nano tube cathode preparation method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing high reliability, better electric conduction property and simple structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The carbon hydrogen gas contains alkyl, ethylene, acetylene, hydrogen and carbon.
