▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene by reduction of sulfur-containing compounds comprises: (a) placing graphene oxide into a container loaded with a solvent, dissolving using ultrasonic wave for 5-8 minutes to obtain an uniform dispersion solution of concentration of 1-3 mg/ml, preferably 1 mg/ml; (b) adding the sulfur-containing compounds to the uniformly dispersed solution containing graphene oxide (50 mg), continuously stirring, warming to 93-96 degrees C, and after 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature; and (c) filtering, washing and freeze-drying the reaction product to obtain the highly-pure graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene by the reduction of sulfur-containing compounds. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with high purity and quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene by reduction of sulfur-containing compounds comprises: (a) placing graphene oxide into a container loaded with a solvent, dissolving using ultrasonic wave for 5-8 minutes to obtain an uniform dispersion solution of concentration of 1-3 mg/ml, preferably 1 mg/ml; (b) adding the sulfur-containing compounds (1.35-5 mmol) to the uniformly dispersed solution containing graphene oxide (50 mg), continuously stirring, warming to 93-96 degrees C, and after 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature; and (c) filtering, washing and freeze-drying the reaction product to obtain the highly-pure graphene, where the solvent is de-ionized water and/or N,N-dimethylacetamide and the ratio of the de-ionized water to N,N-dimethylacetamide is (2-3):3, preferably 2:3.
