NOVELTY - The detector has a titanium dioxide film (3) that is arranged between titanium dioxide nanotube (4) and single-layer graphene (2). The titanium dioxide film has a thickness of 10-100 nm. The titanium dioxide nanotube has a length in the range of 10-100 mu m. USE - Titanium dioxide nanotube and graphene heterojunction UV photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The titanium dioxide thin film is plated on the titanium dioxide nanotube, and the recombination probability of the heterojunction defect and the carrier is reduced. The contact between the titanium dioxide nanotube and the graphene is optimized, and the dark current is inhibited. The photocurrent is improved, and the purpose of improving the response degree and the response rate of the detector is achieved.
