▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composition, comprises: an ordered film (110) of boron nitride containing multiple layers and having a thickness greater than one atomic layer, where the boron nitride film exhibits at least one major surface; and a layer (120) of graphene formed on the major surface. USE - The composition is useful in an electronic device, a spintronic device or an optoelectronic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: can be produced in large scales; and provides devices that exhibit high electron mobilities and other properties indicative of a 2-dimensional electron gas.
