NOVELTY - Processing of sample involves adjusting pH of biogas slurry sample to 3-7, adding UIO-67-type metal-organic framework-graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide powder, vibrating at 500-800 rpm, adsorbing and separating UIO-67-type metal-organic framework-graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide powder using magnet, washing with water, immersing washed UIO-67-type metal-organic framework-graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide powder in an eluent, desorbing by vibrating at 500-800 rpm, and blow-drying the eluent. The UIO-67-type metal-organic framework-graphene oxide-ferroferric oxide powder is prepared by ultrasonically dissolving graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide solution, adding ferroferric oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding zirconium tetrachloride, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring, adding 4,4'-diphthalic acid, uniformly mixing, reacting at 110-130 degrees C for more than 24 hours in a closed environment, separating solid from reaction solution by magnetic separation, washing, drying, and grinding. USE - Processing of sample used in detection of sulfonamide antibiotic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biogas slurry sample is processed by rapid, time-saving and simple process. The adsorption material can be reused. The detection result of sulfonamide antibiotic is accurate.
