NOVELTY - The method involves performing a graphene chemical vapor deposition process using physical peeling method from a metal substrate in a liquid phase. The ultrasonic graphene dispersion liquid and electric conduction polymer are added so that the stable dispersion is coated on the transparent substrate through coating process, to form a large area graphene transparent electric conduction film.
