NOVELTY - The chip has a substrate mutually connected with an inter digital capacitor circuit and a spiral inductor metal circuit. The inter digital capacitor circuit is tightly attached with a single-layer graphene thin film that is adhered with a micro-fluidic channel. The micro-flow control channel and the single layer graphene thin film form a screen for a tumor cell. The single layer graphene film, the capacitor circuit and the spiral inductor circuit form a whole RCL resonance network. The spiral inductor circuit acts as a cross coupling effect of an antenna. USE - Peripheral blood circulation tumor cells detection chip. ADVANTAGE - The chip can realize rapid and sensitivity operation, and has accurate detection and low cost.
