NOVELTY - The device has a motor for providing rotation power is fixedly installed at the bottom middle of a lifting plate. The top of a rotating column (7) is provided with a second groove (12). A connecting column (13) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the inner cavity of the second groove. A mounting grooves (14) are opened on all four sides of the outer wall of the connecting column. The inner wall of the second groove corresponding to the rotating portion is provided with a through hole (17) adapted to the rotating portion.
