▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/poly 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene containing material comprises preparing graphene, ultrasonically dispersing graphene into a dispersant to obtain a graphene solution, adding oxidant into the graphene solution and ultrasonic dispersing the mixture to obtain mixed solution; dissolving 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene into the dispersant to obtain 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene solution, adding the 3-(4-fluorophenyl) thiophene solution into the mixed solution and polymerization the mixture; and centrifuging the crude product, washing using water and methanol, and vacuum drying. USE - The graphene/poly 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene containing material is useful in super capacitor (claimed) and lithium ion secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The process of preparing graphene/poly 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene containing material takes place in a mild reaction condition. The graphene/poly 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene containing material provides super capacitor with a charging ratio of 240-310 F/g, discharge specific capacity of 231-249 F/g and charge and discharge efficiency of 94-95.9%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/poly 3-(4-fluorophenyl) thiophene containing material comprises preparing graphene, ultrasonically dispersing graphene into a dispersant to obtain a graphene solution, adding oxidant into the graphene solution and ultrasonic dispersing the mixture to obtain mixed solution; dissolving 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene into the dispersant at room temperature to obtain 3-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene solution, adding the 3-(4-fluorophenyl) thiophene solution into the mixed solution, stirring and polymerization the mixture to obtain crude product; and centrifuging the crude product, removing the solid, washing the obtained product using water and methanol and vacuum drying.
