▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wiring comprises a graphene having 5-7 membered ring-dense regions. The graphene has many unit cells each comprising a 5-7 membered ring, the length of the unit cell is greater than or equal to 1 nm, and the shortest distance between most closely adjacent unit cells among the unit cells is less than or equal to 5 nm. USE - The wiring of graphene is useful for improving the electrical conductance. ADVANTAGE - The wiring of ring-dense regions of graphene: exhibits high current density resistance, ultra-high mobility, high heat resistance and high mechanical strength; and is in the form of nano ribbons, which exhibits improved electrical conductivity than copper.
