NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity thermoplastic elastomer comprises 30-75 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 20-65 pts. wt. filler, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-5 pts. wt. processing auxiliary agent. USE - The elastomer is useful for cable material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves the dispersion uniformity and stability, improves the whole heat-conducting coefficient and improves mechanical property, and has high hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the elastomer, comprising uniformly mixing and stirring the thermoplastic elastomer, filler, surfactant, antioxidant, and processing auxiliary agent, extruding and granulating at 170-210 degrees C.
