NOVELTY - The method involves placing a substrate material part in a plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition vacuum pressure control device. Vacuum pumping pressure of the chemical vapor deposition vacuum pressure control device is about 5Pa. Argon pneuma gas flow rate is about 10sccm to 50sccm. Pumping speed of the control device is adjusted for about 100Pa to 300Pa. Temperature of the vacuum pressure control device is about 700 degrees centigrade to 900 degrees centigrade to prepare carbon nano-tube-graphene ultra-capacitor composite electrode material. Carbon source gas is formed as methane. USE - Carbon nanotube-graphene ultra-capacitor composite electrode material preparing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively realizing CVD graphene preparing process so as to improve long quantity level of graphene.
