▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Formation of a blend comprising surface-modified graphene nanoparticles and a poly(styrene-co-methyl methacrylate) involves melt blending poly(styrene-co-methyl methacrylate) and the surface-modified graphene nanoparticles for 5-20 minutes to form a nanocomposite, and exposing the nanocomposite to microwave irradiation to covalently bond styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer to 0.05-2 wt.% surface modified graphene nanoparticles, based on the total weight of the nanocomposite. USE - Formation of blend (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environmentally-friendly, improves the interaction between the graphene nanoparticles and the poly(styrene-co-methyl methacrylate), improves the molecular dispersion and increases the electrical conductivity of the nanocomposites after irradiation.
