NOVELTY - Printing cotton graphene chinlon interweaved fabric involves taking 60S cotton yarn and 70 denier/24F graphene chinlon drawn textured yarn of warp density 200 pieces/inch, weft density 120 pieces/inch and width is 99 inches. The front is singed at a speed of 110-115 meter/minutes at 1000-1100 degrees C. The 40-45 gram/litre caustic soda and 6-8 gram/litre hydrogen peroxide are heated at 10-15 degrees C for 18-24 hours. USE - Method for printing cotton graphene chinlon interweaved fabric(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to print cotton graphene chinlon interweaved fabric, which has good industrial production at high spinning field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Printing cotton graphene chinlon interweaved fabric involves taking 60S cotton yarn and 70 denier/24F graphene chinlon drawn textured yarn of warp density 200 pieces/inch, weft density 120 pieces/inch and width is 99 inches. The front is singed at a speed of 110-115 meter/minutes at 1000-1100 degrees C. The 40-45 gram/litre caustic soda and 6-8 gram/litre hydrogen peroxide are heated at 10-15 degrees C for 18-24 hours. The material is bleached using 1-1.5 gram/litre caustic soda and 6-8 gram/litre hydrogen peroxide at 90-100 degrees C for 40-60 minutes. The pre-coating agent is whitened using 1-2 gram/litre of brightener at 140-142 degrees C under a speed of 30-35 meter/minutes to prevent nylon hardening and yellowing. The material is printed at a speed of 28-30 meter/minutes at 140-145 degrees C. The material is steamed at 102-105 degrees C for 7-7.4 minutes, then washed with water at 60-100 degrees C under a speed of 34-36 meter/minutes.
