▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flame-retardant artificial leather comprises a flame-retardant base cloth and a flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride resin surface layer bonded together. The flame retardant polyvinyl chloride resin surface layer comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 10-50 pts. wt. composite flame retardant, 5-7 pts. wt. waterproof agent, 5-10 pts. wt. filler and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent. The composite flame retardant comprises a silica-coated zinc borate synergistic graphene and a reinforced flame retardant with a weight ratio of 1:1-4. The reinforced flame retardant is a P-N-based, halogen-antimony-based or Mg-Al-based flame retardant. USE - Used as flame-retardant artificial leather. ADVANTAGE - The leather has good flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, antibacterial property and mechanical properties; and exhibits synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the leather, comprising (i) mixing the raw materials, rolling and molding; (ii) soaking the base cloth into nitrogen phosphorus flame retardant solution, drying and cooling to obtain flame retardant base cloth; (iii) bonding and embossing the flame-retardant PVC resin surface layer and flame-retardant base cloth; and (iv) performing flame retardant treatment on one surface of the flame retardant base cloth facing away from the flame retardant PVC resin surface layer, coating 1-4 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride coating on one side of the flame retardant PVC resin surface layer facing away from the flame retardant base fabric, and cooling.
