NOVELTY - Composite modified acrylic amino aqueous baking varnish comprises 25-45 wt.% hydroxy-containing composite modified acrylate emulsion, 1-2 wt.% methylethanolamine, 2-5 wt.% alcohol ether, 4-8 wt.% water-based amino resin, 10-30 wt.% anti-rust slurry, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 1-0.5 wt.% leveling agent, 0.5-2.0 wt.% acid catalyst, 1-5 wt.% adhesion promoter, and 22.4-35.9 wt.% deionized water. USE - Used as a composite modified acrylic amino aqueous baking varnish. ADVANTAGE - The varnish: has excellent water resistance, adhesion and chemical corrosion resistance; and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite modified acrylic amino aqueous baking varnish comprising adding hydroxy-containing composite modified acrylate emulsion in the stirring device, dimethylethanolamine and de-ionized water, stirring to make it dissolve, adding the rest component, stirring for 3-5 hours at 500-2000 rotations per minute, to obtain the product.
