NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene microwave absorbing composite material comprises (i) mixing the modified graphene, the foaming material monomer, the initiator, the foaming agent and the crosslinking agent in a predetermined ratio to form mixed solution; injecting the mixed solution into the mold cavity to carry out the reaction to obtain the copolymer plate, cooling to room temperature to form foamed board; carrying out heat treatment to foam board, to obtain the modified graphene foam panel, (ii) weighing resin matrix, heating to the melting point of the resin matrix to form liquid resin matrix. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene microwave absorbing composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is light, broadband microwave absorbing, has good intensity requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene microwave absorbing composite material comprises (i) mixing the modified graphene, the foaming material monomer, the initiator, the foaming agent and the crosslinking agent in a predetermined ratio to form a mixed solution; injecting the mixed solution into the mold cavity to carry out the reaction to obtain the copolymer plate, cooling to room temperature to form an foamed board; carrying out heat treatment to foam board, to obtain the modified graphene foam panel, (ii) weighing the resin matrix, heating to the melting point of the resin matrix to form a liquid resin matrix, and then the modified graphene is uniformly dispersed in the liquid resin matrix, (iii) reinforcing fiber cloth is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the foam plate in step (i) until the thickness of the reinforcing fiber cloth on the upper and lower surfaces of the foam plate reaches a predetermined thickness, preparing the reinforced preform of fiber cloth wrapped foam, (iv) placing the preform in step (iii) into the mold cavity, under presuure of 0.4-0.6 MPa for 4-6 minutes, and then the pressure greater than or equal to 0.3 MPa, vacuumizing for 10-20 minutes, (v) injecting the liquid resin matrix containing modified graphene prepared in step (ii) was into the upper and lower surfaces of the preform in the molding die in step (iv) by vacuum pressurized injection, solidifying, demolding, curing to obtain three-layer structure based on modified graphene microwave absorbing composite material.
