NOVELTY - Graphene based purifying heat-generating coating comprises 70-90 wt.% resin materials, 0.5-10 wt.% graphene materials, 0.5-15 wt.% organic additives, and 0.1-5 wt.% inorganic additives. USE - Graphene based purifying heat-generating coating for graphene based purifying heating sheet (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene based purifying heat-generating coating enables to prepare heating sheet that can not only effectively decompose formaldehyde, benzene, benzene series and other pollutants, but also sterilize and has anti-virus properties, and can be used for heating and far-infrared physical therapy after power on. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing heating sheet by using the graphene purifying heating coating, which involves weighing all raw materials in proportion; dissolving the resin material in the solvent, stirring, and adding the graphene material after the resin is completely dissolved; uniformly mixing organic additives and inorganic additives, and defoaming to obtain graphene purifying heating coating; and using the obtained coating as a conductive paste, performing screen printing according to the pattern, and connecting the wires to obtain the desired product; and (2) a method for preparing graphene based purifying heat-generating coating, which involves dissolving resin material in the solvent, and stirring by a mixer for 20 minutes; and adding graphene materials, organic additives, and inorganic additives after the resin is completely dissolved, dispersing ultrasonically at room temperature, mixing thoroughly, and vacuum degassing to obtain the desired product.
