NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional graphene involves ultrasonically-dispersing a layered material in 10-20% solvent to obtain graphene dispersion, adding titanium oxide, adjusting pH value of the reaction mixture to less than 7, rapidly-shearing at 30-50 degrees C to obtain crude product, leaving crude product to stand still at -25 degrees C to -10 degrees C for 1-2 hours, distilling under reduced pressure, washing and drying at 90-170 degrees C. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional graphene (claimed).
