NOVELTY - The electronic fiber temperature sensor has a dielectric constant yarn that is mixed with the dielectric constant yarn to form portion or fabric of clothing. The yarn-type reinforced carbon fiber having graphene is provided on surface. The electronic device is supported by the clothing and connected to both ends of the reinforced carbon fiber. The electronic device includes a power supply unit for applying a voltage to both ends of one side of the reinforced carbon fiber. The signal sensing unit is set for detecting a physical quantity generated or changing in the reinforced carbon fiber. An output unit is set for outputting a corresponding biosignal and detection signal detected by the signal sensing unit. USE - Electronic fiber temperature sensor of respiration measurement system, installed on clothes worn by user to detect user body temperature, and clothes for measuring user respiration. ADVANTAGE - The body temperature is measured with a temperature sensor that not uses metal, and the clothing can measure user's respiration by using such temperature sensor. The clothing-integrated temperature sensor that does not give a sense of foreign body to the user is provided.
