▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a polymer-based nanocomposite material involves drying thermoplastic resin (A) in an incompatible polymer system (A/B), melting and mixing with a conductive nano-filler at 180-210 degrees C and 40-80 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain a masterbatch (I), (b) completely drying a thermoplastic resin (B) in the incompatible polymer system (A/B), melting and mixing with an insulating nano-ceramic filler at 180-210 degrees C and 40-80 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain masterbatch (II), and (c) melting and mixing the masterbatch (I) and masterbatch (II) at 180-210 degrees C and 40-80 rpm for 2-5 minutes to obtain the product. USE - The nanocomposite material is useful for electronic equipment packaging and substrate materials. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite material has high thermal conductivity and low dielectric loss for microwave communication, and exhibits synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nanocomposite material having a thermal conductivity of greater than 0.8, and a dielectric loss in the X-band of less than 0.32.
