NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide (GO)/molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) composite film device involves subjecting quartz plate to clean water treatment; dispersing flake powders of molybdenum disulfide and graphene oxide in deionized water, after ultrasonic treatment of aqueous solution by liquid phase stripping method, centrifuging; taking supernatants of GO and MoS2, and mixing to obtain mixed solution; dissolving in mixed solution of methanol and chloroform and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain GO/MoS2 dispersion; washing tank and slide with clean water, ethanol, and deionized water in sequence, and injecting deionized (DI) water, slowly drip obtained dispersion on water surface of LB tank, and allowing to stand to compress sliding barrier to obtain surface pressure and area isotherm; inserting quartz plate and press on surface to pull film to obtain GO/MoS2 composite film, and then drying in drying oven. USE - Method for preparing GO/MoS2 composite thin film device used as optical storage device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare GO/MoS2 composite thin film device.
