NOVELTY - Preparation of tin powder modified high stability nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot comprises mixing citric acid and urea in deionized water at 1:3, adding reducing agent tin powder, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 30 minutes, transferring to reaction vessel of PTFE high-temperature reaction chamber, sealing, heating in oven to 180 degrees C for 4 hours, cooling to room temperature, washing orange-yellow stable liquid with ethanol, shaking for 20 minutes and standing for 24 hours to remove other excess organic matter. USE - Method of preparing tin powder modified high stability nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The quantum dot has good purity, small particle size and uniform scale distribution and is conducive.
