NOVELTY - Polymer conductive switch material with plastic threshold comprises non-conductive ball particles whose surface is attached with a layer of non-conductive film. The non-conductive ball particles are saturated distributed into a three-dimensional array structure in the voltage mutagenesis matrix material slurry. The non-conductive ball particles after activation treatment and purification treatment, and physical modification treatment, the surface isattached with a layer of non-conductive film. USE - The material is useful in non-conductive polymer material technology field. ADVANTAGE - The material: presets the switching voltage threshold by adjusting the structure level of the ball particles blended in the material and completes the protection of low-energy interference pulses and various radiant energy by the cooperation of the ball particles distributed in the material and various conductive particles in the form of energy absorption.
