NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced fiber involves uniformly mixing 2-5 wt.% flake graphite, 30-60 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, 300-500 wt.% phosphoric acid, and slowly adding 15-20 wt.% potassium permanganate to mixed solution, and then stirring mixture at 45-55 degrees C for 9-18 hours. 300-500 wt.% Deionized water and 20-50 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution are added to obtained mixture, and then stirred for 5-10 minutes. The mixture is washed with hydrochloric acid and absolute ethyl alcohol,a nd then dried in vacuum to obtain graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced fiber for computer fan (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-reinforced fiber that increases service life of the computer fan. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-reinforced fiber involves uniformly mixing 2-5 wt.% flake graphite, 30-60 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid, 300-500 wt.% phosphoric acid, and slowly adding 15-20 wt.% potassium permanganate to mixed solution, and then stirring mixture at 45-55 degrees C for 9-18 hours. 18-24 wt.% Caprolactam and 0.5-2 wt.% graphene oxide are uniformly mixed under the protection of inert gas or nitrogen at 250-270 degrees C for 4-8 hours to obtain mixture. The mixture is cooled, and then granulated and dried in vacuum at 110-140 degrees C for 10-20 hours. The obtained material is processed in a melt spinning machine at 250-280 degrees C to prepare the desired product.
