▎ 摘  要

ADVANTAGE - The organic thin film transistor electrode is simple in operation and can be realized by solution method in normal temperature and normal pressure environment. The system can improve the contact between the organic semiconductor and the electrode in the organic field effect transistor, and greatly improve the performance of the field effect transistor.
