NOVELTY - Preparing calcium-phosphorus bionic deposition solution involves polishing the magnesium alloy with 240, 600, 800, and 1000# sand paper, and then soaking magnesium alloy in acetone, ultrasonically cleaning in alcohol, and removing the surface oil stain, configuring 1-5 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, and using a water bath to heat and maintain the constant temperature, preparing calcium nitrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate, and dissolving in distilled water according to the order to prepare a solution and stirring uniformly, adding 0.01-2 mg/ml graphene oxide to the bionic bionic solution, dispersing in the deposition solution, soaking the pre-processed magnesium alloy into the final deposition solution and carrying out bionic treatment to obtain a calcium-based phosphide/graphene oxide composite coating sample. USE - Preparation method of composite coating for improving corrosion resistance/biological compatibility of magnesium alloy used in biological medical and anti-corrosion field. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the technology of bionic deposition calcium-phosphorus coating and doped graphene oxide, successfully preparing a layer of calcium phosphide/graphene oxide composite coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy, the doping of graphene oxide makes the calcium- phosphorus coating have greatly improved corrosion resistance and biological compatibility, so that the composite coating has great competitiveness in the biological medical and anti-corrosion field.
