NOVELTY - Manufacturing pure graphene removing 96-99.9% of hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen content from natural graphite granule or synthetic graphite granule; crushing the obtained graphite granule with metal components and sulfur using ball mill process; performing heat treatment on the crushed powder in the presence of gas; mixing gas-doped graphite powder in solvent and water; stirring using a rod; carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain separating gel composed of dispersed graphene; and removing solvent from the graphene. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of manufacturing high yield of graphene with high purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing pure graphene removing 96-99.9% of hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen content from natural graphite granule or synthetic graphite granule; crushing the obtained graphite granule with metal components and sulfur using ball mill process; performing heat treatment on the crushed powder in the presence of iodine, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, florine and chlorine at 120-180 degrees C; mixing gas-doped graphite powder in solvent comprising N-Methylpyrrolidone solvent, dimethylformamide solvent or alcohol and water; stirring using a rod; carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain separating gel composed of dispersed graphene; and removing solvent from the graphene.
