NOVELTY - Long-acting anti-corrosion aqueous epoxy zinc powder primer comprises component A and component B, where the component A comprises 6-20 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.1-1 wt.% sulfonated silane modified nano-boron nitride, 35-80 wt.% zinc powder, 2-30 wt.% filler, 0.5-1.5 wt.% dispersant, 0.1-0.5 wt.% wetting agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 1-3 wt.% anti-settling agent and 5-8 wt.% cosolvent. The component B comprises 30-60 wt.% amine resin, 5-10 wt.% anti-flash rust agent, and 30-60 wt.% deionized water. USE - The long-acting anti-corrosion aqueous epoxy zinc powder primer is useful in an anti-carrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The method generates sulfonic acid silane modified nano boron nitride by the reaction has a two-dimensional sheet structure, better hydrophilic and oleophylic property, does not have conductivity similar to graphene, does not generate potential corrosion problem, is easy to be dispersed in the epoxy resin without water, is more stable and safe when storing, improves flexibility and strength of the coating film, greatly optimizes salt-fog resistance of coating film, quickly disperses zinc powder in coating system, and ensures more uniform distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of long-acting anticorrosion aqueous epoxy zinc powder primer, comprising uniformly dispersing hydroxy boron nitride nanosheets in deionized water to obtain aqueous slurry of hydroxy boron nitride nanosheets, uniformly mixing the hydroxy boron nitride nanosheet aqueous slurry with organosilicon peroxide silane coupling agent and sulfonate, where the mass ratio of hydroxy boron nitride nanosheets, organosilicon peroxide silane coupling agent and sulfonate is (2-4): (1-2): (1-2), and fully reacting the mixed reaction system at 60-80℃ to obtain sulfonated silane-modified nano boron nitride, uniformly mixing the sulfonated silane-modified nano-boron nitride, cosolvent, dispersant and wetting agent to form sulfonated silane-modified nano-boron nitride dispersion, adding epoxy resin, anti-settling agent and defoamer, filler and zinc powder, and mixing evenly to obtain component A, evenly mixing amine resin and deionized water, adding anti-flash rust agent, and mixing evenly to obtain component B, and evenly mixing component A and component B to obtain long-lasting anti-corrosion waterborne epoxy zinc powder primer.
