NOVELTY - Conductive packaging film comprises, base material layer and conductive layer, where the conductive layer is set on the upper surface of the base material layer, the base material layer includes silicone resin, phenolic resin, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin epoxy resin and/or acrylic resin; and the conductive layer includes carbon black powder, carbon black slurry, graphite powder, graphite slurry, graphene powder, graphene slurry, carbon fiber, Ketjen black, acetylene black and/or carbon nanotubes. USE - The conductive packaging film is useful in conductive packaging bag (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive packaging film: has excellent antistatic properties; and can control the conductivity value and release the charge on the surface of the loaded items well. The method: has low cost, and simple process; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing conductive packaging film, comprising (i) adding base material layer and conductive layer components into a mixer and mixing evenly to form raw material mixture, (ii) introducing the raw material mixture into a feeding hopper of the film blowing machine by using a suction device, (iii) adjusting the temperature of each equipment temperature zone to the range of 145-150 degrees C, and dissolving the raw material mixture in liquid raw material, (iv) transferring the liquid raw material into the outlet of the air ring using the rotating screw in the film blowing machine, and gradually cooling, (v) controlling the size and thickness of the formed film by controlling the ventilation and traction speed, and then cooling and shaping the film, and (vi) rewinding the film into a film roll by the rewinding device; and (2) conductive packaging bag, comprising the conductive packaging film.
