NOVELTY - Method for manufacturing battery car wire harness and wire harness are claimed, where the wire harness comprises an electric wire (1), and an insulating layer (2) wrapped with the outer surface of the electric wire. The insulating layer comprises 80-90 pts. wt. natural rubber, 20-24 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 4-8 pts. wt. carbon black, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 6-8 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. layered aluminosilicate, 7-21 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 10-15 pts. wt. ethyl salicylate, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene powder, 2-6 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing battery car wire harness. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures excellent wear resistance, insulation performance and flame retardant performance under the interaction of various raw materials, high heat resistance, and excellent physical and mechanical properties, and improves char formation of polymer.
