NOVELTY - Vehicle modified polypropylene composite material comprises 40-92 wt.% polypropylene, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene metal organic framework adsorption material, 1-20 wt.% elastomer toughening agent, 5-30 wt.% inorganic mineral powder, and 0.1-2 wt.% other additives, where the mass ratio is 0.5-1.1.0.5. USE - The vehicle modified polypropylene composite material is useful in automobile interior trim, and also useful in upright post material, textile in vehicle, leather, synthetic leather, instrument panel, door guard plate, upright post, seat guard plate and air conditioner shell. ADVANTAGE - The vehicle modified polypropylene composite material has good thermal stability and chemical stability, improved decomposition temperature and decomposition rate, and reduced odor and emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) of automobile interior trim. The method is simple and convenient, provides high productivity processing, and is easy to realize mass production of the composite material. The metal graphene framework absorbing material improves thermal resistance of the material, absorbs small molecular volatile matter generated in the process of processing composite material, and avoids influence of material smell and VOC. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing vehicle modified polypropylene composite material containing metal graphene framework absorbing material, comprising (1) uniformly mixing polypropylene, graphene metal organic framework adsorption material, elastomer toughening agent, inorganic mineral powder to obtain mixed raw materials, and (2) placing mixed raw materials in the main feeding bin of the meshing co-rotating double-screw extruder, adding into the barrel of the extruder through the feeding screw, where the diameter of the extruder screw is 35 mm, the length-diameter ratio L/D is 40, the temperature of each zone of the main barrel from the feeding port to the head outlet is set to 180degrees Celsius, 180degrees Celsius, 180degrees Celsius, 190degrees Celsius, 190degrees Celsius, 200degrees Celsius, 200degrees Celsius, and the main engine speed is 250 revolutions/minute, melting and extruding, cooling, granulating, and drying to obtain low odor and low emission polypropylene composite material.
