▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The stacked electrode comprises a multi-layered graphene film (14) and a metal wiring (15). The metal wiring contains randomly oriented metal nanowires having an average diameter of 30-150 nm. The multi-layered graphene film contains a laminate of graphene sheets (12, 13), which contain an aggregate of graphene plates (11). The multi-layered graphene film has a thickness of less than or equal to 5 nm. The stacked electrode is coated with a near-infrared transparent resin. USE - The stacked electrode is useful in a photoelectric conversion device (claimed), a display device or a solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The stacked electrode can be economically manufactured with improved electrical conductivity and transmittance and increased surface resistance and without vacuum processes, and improves light output efficiency of the display device and energy conversion efficiency of the solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The stacked electrode comprises a multi-layered graphene film (14) and a metal wiring (15). The metal wiring contains randomly oriented metal nanowires having an average diameter of 30-150 nm. The multi-layered graphene film contains a laminate of graphene sheets (12, 13), which contain an aggregate of graphene plates (11). The graphene plates have an average area of 3(A+B)2 nm2 or more, where A (nm) represents the average diameter of the metal nanowires, B (nm) satisfies the equation of B2/(A+B)2=(1-X), and X represents the ratio of the area of the metal nanowires projected in a stacking direction of the stacked electrode. The multi-layered graphene film has a thickness of less than or equal to 5 nm. The stacked electrode is coated with a near-infrared transparent resin. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for producing a stacked electrode; and (2) a photoelectric conversion device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The diagram shows a schematic view of a stacked electrode. Graphene plates (11) Graphene sheets (12, 13) Multi-layered graphene film (14) Metal wiring. (15)
