▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A photocatalyst composite comprises titanium dioxide, graphene oxide supported on the titanium dioxide and a noble metal supported on at least one of the titanium dioxide and the graphene oxide. At least one of a fluoro group or phosphate group is supported on at least one of the titanium dioxide and the graphene oxide. USE - Photocatalyst composite is used for producing hydrogen by decomposing organic contaminants during treatment of wastewater oxygen-free condition. ADVANTAGE - The photocatalyst composite has improved decomposition efficiency of pollutants in wastewater and hydrogen-production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of photocatalyst composite, which involves reacting titanium dioxide/graphene oxide/noble metal complex with hydrofluoric acid or its salt, or phosphoric acid or its salt.
