NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/copper composite material involves placing 10-20 pts. wt. copper powder in a quartz tank, then increasing temperature to 970-990 degrees C at a rate of 45 degrees C/minutes, holding for 25-35 minutes under hydrogen atmosphere, then introducing methane, and controlling the flow rate to 27-29 L/minutes for 35-45 minutes, cooled in the hydrogen atmosphere with the furnace to obtain the desired product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/copper composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/copper composite material in a simple, fast and easy manner, and has good mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.
