▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalized titanium dioxide/chlorella nano composite material based on graphene quantum dot comprises titanium dioxide nano grain, functionalized graphene quantum dot, carbonized chlorella and gold nano-particle composite, where the composite material is film-shaped and the surface is provided with a bump formed by the carbonized chlorella and titanium dioxide nanometre crystal grain. The titanium dioxide element ratio in the composite material is 10-15%, the carbide chlorella element ratio is 70-84%, the graphene quantum dot element ratio is 5-10% and the gold element ratio is 1-5%. USE - The nano composite material is useful in n-butyraldehydegas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: has excellent sensitivity and selectivity; and realizes the development of miniaturization and integration.
