▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing ultra-thin down clothes fabric with waterproof and constant temperature function, comprises: (i) passing cotton fiber into a spinning machine to obtain the cotton fiber filaments, uniformly mixing with dimethyl acetamide, dispersant, pore-forming agent and chitin particles to obtain a viscous transparent colloidal spinning raw liquid, and wet spinning to obtain chitin fiber filament; (ii) soaking chitin fiber filament in an aqueous alkaline bath of 90-100℃ for 0.5-2 hours, drying, and eluting the pore-forming agent from the chitin fiber to obtain microporous fiber filaments; (iii) using cotton fiber filament as a warp and microporous fiber filament as a weft to weave into a base cloth; (iv) processing the base cloth in liquid ammonia using a processing liquid for 35-45 minutes, washing, passing cloth through finishing agent, and drying to obtain the base cloth with shape memory function; and (v) spraying the base cloth with solar light absorption conversion agent. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing ultra-thin down clothes fabric with waterproof and constant temperature function. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts micro-processing of fiber, and completes base cloth weaving using micro-processed fiber filaments and hence the fiber filaments of the base cloth deform under high temperature to open the pores on the fiber, and reduces the temperature of the fabric under high temperature environment, and sprays sunlight absorbing conversion agent on the surface of the base cloth for waterproof performance and improves the heat preservation performance of the fabric.
