NOVELTY - The switch has a graphene single layer (G) whose two sides are provided with a non-periodic photonic crystals. The non-periodic photonic crystal is orderly provided with a first dielectric layer (A), a second dielectric layer (B), a third dielectric layer (A ') and a fourth dielectric layer (B'), where refractive index of the first dielectric layer and the third dielectric layer is equal, and the refractive indexes of the second dielectric layer and the fourth dielectric layer are the same. The first dielectric layer, the second dielectric layer, the third dielectric layer and the fourth dielectric layer are made of silicon dioxide. USE - Symmetrical-time symmetry based full-optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch can be made into full-optical switches with low threshold value.
