NOVELTY - Fluorocarbon powder coating contains 45-65 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 25-35 pts. wt. epoxy-modified alkyd resin, 10-25 pts. wt. terminal carboxyl polyester resin, 4-6 pts. wt. bismaleimide resin, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 0.6-1 pt. wt. dibutyltin dilaurate, 1-2.5 pts. wt. 2-(2-aminoethoxy) ethanol, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. triallyl isocyanurate, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum triphosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. nano silica, 1-4 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide and 1-3 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate. USE - Fluorocarbon powder coating used for rail vehicles, subway and oil-gas-water pipeline, and in ship industry, indoor and outdoor metal structural engineering and metal electrical appliance industry. ADVANTAGE - The fluorocarbon powder coating has excellent waterproof property, adhesiveness, smoothness, scratch resistance and friction resistant capability, and is compact.
