▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A short, rod-shaped nano-zinc oxide/graphene composite is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol aqueous solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, obtaining homogeneous dispersion, adding surfactant polyethylene glycol 400 to the obtained dispersion, mixing uniformly, adding mixture obtained by dissolving zinc nitrate hexahydrate in anhydrous ethanol, adjusting pH of the resultant mixture to 9-10, heating in a sealed reactor, reacting, washing the resultant reaction product and drying. USE - Short, rod-shaped nano-zinc oxide/graphene composite is used in gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The short, rod-shaped nano-zinc oxide/graphene composite has excellent gas-sensing performance, and is prepared by a simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of short, rod-shaped nano-zinc oxide/graphene composite.
