NOVELTY - Release agent, comprises 20-50 pts. wt. high temperature-resistant silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. powder thickener, 3-5 pts. wt. solid powder dispersant, 25-30 pts. wt. boron nitride, 8-12 pts. wt. silicon oxide and 10-15 pts. wt. mechanical oil; where the high temperature-resistant silicone oil is a temperature-resistant machine oil or a modified temperature-resistant silicone oil. USE - The release agent is useful in aluminum wheel forging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The release agent: solves the problem that the existing release agent has poor high temperature resistance, only adapts to a forging environment of 150 ℃, and poor stability in a high temperature environment, which affecting the effect of the release agent at high temperature.
