NOVELTY - Pre-dispersed rubber accelerator comprises 10-25 wt.% ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 4-6 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1-3 wt.% naphthenic oil, 1-2 wt.% calcium carbonate, and accelerant (remaining amount). USE - The pre-dispersed rubber accelerator is useful for preparing rubber, which is used in various environments with high practicability. ADVANTAGE - The accelerator improves the compatibility and dispersibility of the substance in the subsequent rubber preparation process, has reasonable technical design, has appropriate distribution ratio of each component, and has excellent mechanical property, oil resistance, and good anti-aging performance of nitrile rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a preparation method of pre-dispersed rubber accelerator, comprising uniformly mixing ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, naphthenic oil, calcium carbonate and accelerant in a mixer to obtain rubber material, extruding and granulating; and a preparation method of rubber by pre-dispersed rubber accelerator, comprising (i) mixing anti-aging agent grafted graphene, xylene, and 1/2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding catalyst, heating to 85-90°C, reacting for 1-1.2 hours, adding 1/3 pts. wt. octafluoropentanol and 1/4 pts. wt. light stabilizer, continuously reacting for 1-1.5 hours, adding 1/3 pts. wt. octafluoropentanol, reacting for 3-4 hours to obtain composite graphene, and (ii) mixing nitrile rubber, zinc oxide, carbon black, composite graphene, stearic acid, pre-dispersed rubber accelerator for 15-20 minutes at 80-90°C in a banburying machine, adding vulcanizing agent, discharging after open mill tableting, allowing to stand for 20-24 hours, vulcanizing at 135-140°C for 20-30 minutes, and discharging.
