▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A p-phenylenediamine-reduced oxidized graphene complex comprises p-phenylenediamine bonded to reduced oxidized graphene. USE - p-Phenylenediamine-reduced oxidized graphene complex is used for forming electrode of supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The p-phenylenediamine-reduced oxidized graphene complex has high specific surface area and pore volume, and provides supercapacitor with high energy density, by economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) supercapacitor, which consists of an electrode (a1) and an electrode (a2) in which the p-phenylenediamine-reduced oxidized graphene complex and a conductive material are mixed, a separation membrane for insulating the electrode (a1) and the electrode (a2) between the electrode (a1) and the electrode (a2), and an electrolyte solution impregnated with respect to the electrode (a1), the electrode (a2), and the separation membrane; and (2) preparation of p-phenylenediamine-reduced oxidized graphene complex, which involves reducing the graphene oxide, obtaining reduced graphene oxide, and bonding the p-phenylenediamine with the reduced graphene oxide.
